Most plans are built for an ideal version of your life that does not exist. The Engineer phase builds your system around the life you actually have. Training, nutrition, and daily habits, all designed from the data collected in the Audit. Structured into a yearly roadmap with quarterly phases, monthly targets, and daily actions. Execution without coaching is where most people fall apart. The Mobilize phase is where you execute the system with a coach in your corner every step of the way. Progress is tracked, patterns are broken, and the system is continuously refined as you grow. Chapter 1
I was a data analyst at a large energy company. High performer, hard worker, the person people counted on.
